Our check-in time is 3 pm and check out is at 11 am (local Italian time).

If your check-in date is more than 14 days away, you have a down payment of 50% of the total amount, paid within 7 days after the down payment invoice is send to you. If we do not receive a down payment within the 7 days, your reservation is subject to cancelation. Final payment is due no later than 14 days before your check-in date. If your check-in date is less than 14 days away, the entire reservation cost is due within 48 hours after booking. If we do not receive your payment within the 48 hours, your reservation is subject to cancelation.
Payments can be made through bank transfer to IBAN NL94ABNA 0117 3047 51 on the name of Studio Norma B.V., Zuiderzeedreef 9E, 1262AE Blaricum (The Netherlands), bank BIC/SWIFT code: ABNANL2A (free of charge). By Stripe or credit card (with an extra 5.5% commission).
In Studio Norma we have an adult only policy. The apartments are not suitable for persons under the age of 14.
Pets are not allowed at Studio Norma. An exception can be made for ‘service’ dogs. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you, so we can make the proper arrangements.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us right away. You get a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours after booking, provided that the check-in date is at least 30 days away. You get a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. In case of a refund, your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received. In case you changed the dates and then cancel, the original check-in date will apply in the cancellation policy.
If you need to change your dates, please contact us right away. We will charge a €50.00 changing fee if the original check-in date is within 30 days. If the original check-in date is more than 30 days away, we charge a changing fee of €25.00. On top of the changing fees, we will charge you the difference if the total booking price is higher than the initial booking price (because of a different season for example). All changes are subject to availability.
Our apartments are furnished with bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Basic household products such as trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper will be provided. With a booking we charge a cleaning fee of €85.00 for Studio Uno and €67.50 for Studio Due. The apartments are cleaned and inspected upon check-in and after check-out only. If you wish to have extra housekeeping services during your stay, please contact us for availability. You can have your bed linens and/or towels changed at a price of €15.00, or a more extensive cleaning of the apartment at €40.00. If you’re missing something during your stay, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to help you out.
Please do not rearrange furniture or other items at the apartment. If you do move an item or piece of furniture, please return it to its original location upon check-out. Our housekeeper works by herself and is unable to move couches, mattresses, etc. back to their original location.
Parties and noise
Our apartments are in a neighborhood that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with outside activities, lights, and noise. Parties held in or around the apartments are prohibited at any time. Any guests abusing this policy will be charged an additional €250.00 to the rental fee.
There is no smoking allowed in our apartments. If you smoke outside, please do so at the appropriate distance from the apartment and dispose of your cigarette materials appropriately. If anyone smokes inside the apartment you will be subject to a minimum of €250.00 cleaning fee.
Even the best-made plans can hit a snag and renting a vacation apartment is no different. If the apartment you rented becomes unavailable due to plumbing, electrical or heating issues, roof damage or anything else beyond our control that makes it uninhabitable, we will try to move you to another similar facility. If we are unable to arrange this for you, we will give you a full refund.
Please do not strip or make the beds or start any laundry. All that is required is that you load the dishwasher, take out all garbage and leave the apartment reasonably clean and in order.
When departing, please check for personal items. Left items that are found can be returned upon request, with a fee for retrieval, processing, and shipping. Unclaimed items will be disposed of 30 days after a guest’s departure date.
Before arrival in one of our apartments, you will be charged a €250.00 security deposit. Our guests are responsible for any damages or theft made to our apartments during their stay. Such things as abuse, damage above normal wear and tear, garbage left at home, pet damage, theft, abnormal use of water and electricity and extra cleaning costs may be deducted from your security deposit on check-out. (The rest of) your security deposit will be returned to you in the same form it was received.
